Process
Whether working with private or public owners, Considine Biebel & Company follows a thorough, fair and legitimate process for bidding and obtaining projects. A request for qualifications (RFQ) can be made available to interested owners. It’s our goal to ensure we find the most skilled labor, and most affordable vendors before submitting a formal bid for your review.
Once a contract is awarded to Considine Biebel & Company, the construction process begins. Construction time depends on the scope of the project. It’s our goal to keep our projects on time, and on budget, while keeping our clients informed every step of the way. Once construction is complete the project closeout process allows for review by architects, developers, and clients.
The Northwestern Rural Electric Co-operative Association

"Considine Biebel & Company was the successful competitive bidder for a very extensive renovation project at our headquarters building. This was a very challenging project to manage as our employees continued to work in the building during the entire project. The project required a complex phasing plan to accomplish the demolition and construction work, all of which Considine Biebel & Company scheduled."
