Committed to Safety

At Considine Biebel & Company, our employees are our most valuable assets. We are committed to creating a workplace that is safe, healthy and injury-free — making our employee’s health and safety our first priority. Safety is essential to all business functions and is never compromised under any circumstance. Every employee has a responsibility to maintain our work environment, including reporting hazards and working toward preventing accidents.

To help ensure our employees remain safe, we provide training and a review of our procedures. In the event of an injury, we will actively work to return the employee back to work when medically possible. We provide support to our safety committee by providing them the time, employees and management commitment needed to reach our common goal of an injury free workplace. We expect the same level of adherence to our safety policies from subcontractors, suppliers, or any other visitors to the work site as we do an employee — which also includes strict enforcement of our drug and alcohol policy.

"Considine Biebel & Company was the successful competitive bidder for a very extensive renovation project at our headquarters building. This was a very challenging project to manage as our employees continued to work in the building during the entire project. The project required a complex phasing plan to accomplish the demolition and construction work, all of which Considine Biebel & Company scheduled."
